I have a J78REG -1/2 PIPE , when i order new regulator dose it come with spring or not . Do i have to order all the springs to get the one i need ? What are the springs for and different colors mean?
Hi Steve, the regulators come with a spring supplied as standard with an adjustable 19-23mbar spring. The other coloured springs give you various ranges of mbar if needed. Thank you for using Q&A.

Hi Chris, the regulator you have has been discontinued by the manufacturer. The Elster Jeavons (J78R) 1/2" Gas Regulator would work in theory but will require some remedial work in the pipework in order for it to fit. Thank you for using Q&A.
