Orders that are placed before 12pm Mon-Thurs will be dispatched the same day, after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. Any orders that are placed on a Friday after 12pm will not be dispatched until Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday).

A parcel courier or Royal Mail will deliver your item/s between the hours 08.00 - 18.30 usually within 2-4 days after your item has been dispatched (unless you have selected an express delivery option).

A parcel courier or pallet delivery firm will deliver your item between the hours 08.00 - 18.30 usually 2-4 days after your item has been dispatched. All large item deliveries are 'kerb side' only which means the courier will not be able to take items into your delivery address. The receiver must arrange for larger items to be taken from the driver - heavy items will need 2 persons.

After checkout you will receive a tracking number, you can track your parcel anytime after 19.00 on this day. Please note - Delivery times to some areas of Scotland, the Scottish Highlands, Islands and outside the UK mainland, excluding Ireland can vary and items can take up to 4-5 working days to reach their destination after dispatch.
